What are Account Settings for?

Account Settings is the place where you can find your Order History, Available Discounts, and download your Learner Record/Learner Verifications, and more.

I access Alison via my computer:

Access your account settings via this link or click on your account logo at the top right of the page. Then, select Account Setting from the menu that appears, as illustrated below.

On the new page, you will be able to find the following:

  • Subscribe or Unsubscribe from our Marketing emails and change your account email address:

  • Change Password:

  • See your Order History, including Offline Payments (paid via Bank transfer)

  • Check Available Discounts:

  • Activate or Disable Gamification on your account

I access Alison via my Mobile Browser:

Access your account settings via this link or click on your account logo at the top right of the page. Then, select Account Setting from the menu that appears, as illustrated below.

On the new page, you will be able to find the following:

  • Subscribe or Unsubscribe from our Marketing emails and change your account email address:

  • Change Password:

  • See your Order History, including Offline Payments (paid via Bank transfer)

  • Check Available Discounts:

  • Activate or Disable Gamification on your account

I access Alison via App:

You can access your account settings from your Dashboard in the app. Simply click on the settings icon in the top right corner, as shown below.

On the new page, you can:

  • Check and update your account name

  • Add or edit your delivery address for parchment orders

  • Review your purchase details

  • Access support by browsing FAQs or contacting our Support team

  • Delete your account
