After you have completed your course, you can redeem your Certificate against your course and download it immediately.

Go to your Dashboard. In the section Your Completed Courses & Claimed Certificates, please click on Redeem Certificate, as per the screenshot below:
If you have completed more than one course, you can choose which course you would like to redeem your purchase against.
It is important to note that digital Certificates can only be redeemed against completed Certificate courses, and digital Diplomas can only be redeemed against completed Diploma courses.

You will be redirected to the shop where you can claim your Pre-ordered certificate and download the certificate.
It is important to note that digital Certificates can only be redeemed against completed Certificate courses, and digital Diplomas can only be redeemed against completed Diploma courses.
You can download Certificates from My Certificates in your Dashboard, as shown in the example below:
You will then be able to download your Digital Certificate/Diploma and Transcript.
On an Android device, the file will be saved to your “Downloads” folder. If you're using an iOS device, the file will be saved to the “Files” folder.
