We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your voucher. Don't worry, we are here to help you.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, it could be for one of the following reasons:

Voucher expired

If you haven't used the voucher within its validity period, it may no longer be valid. To see if your voucher has expired, please go to your Account settings, and use the Available Discounts widget:

You will see all your Used, Expired and Available vouchers:

Vouchers are not available in App

We apologise for the inconvenience, but Apple and Google restrictions prohibit the use of vouchers within apps. To use available vouchers, please use a browser instead.

Voucher was used

If you use a voucher and go to the payment page, the voucher will automatically be marked as used. It is important to finalise the purchase once you have applied a voucher. If you click back or close the page, the voucher will not be available again. Please make sure you apply vouchers correctly.
