To redeem a Gift Card on Alison, you must have an active account and have successfully completed a Certificate or Diploma course.
Once you receive the Gift Card, it can be used via the Alison Shop. A banner will appear in the shop indicating the Gift Card is available. If you’ve completed multiple courses, click “Claim now” to see eligible ones.
Select a course, and the Gift Card will be automatically applied.
Complete the checkout, and download your certificate or diploma from your Dashboard.
It is important to note that Digital Certificates can only be redeemed against successfully completed Certificate courses, and Digital Diplomas can only be redeemed against successfully completed Diploma courses. A course is successfully completed after a user has progressed through all the course content and passed the associated assessments.
