I did not receive the Reset Password email. How can I login to my account?

If you have attempted to reset your password but haven’t received the reset password email, here are a few reasons why:

The email may be in your spam folder.

Look through your spam folder for an email from Alison. If you find it in your spam folder, simply move it back to your inbox and then follow the instructions in the email.

You may have accidentally entered an incorrect email address.

Try signing up again using the correct email address.

Your email service provider may be blocking Alison emails.

Some email service providers automatically block certain emails. Update your inbox settings to allow emails from Alison. If you have an email filtration system, such as Boxbe, you may need to update this too.

Social account.

If you created your account using a social media platform, you’ll need to reset your password on the social media platform’s website.
