Payment for Premium explained

As a Premium Monthly subscriber, you are automatically billed each payment cycle on the same date that you subscribed.

For Alison Premium learners, your subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account every billing cycle. This will occur on the same date, starting with the day you first paid to upgrade your Alison account.

To confirm when your next payment is due, please check your Account Settings.

You can also change your Premium payment information or billing date. You will need to cancel your Premium subscription and resubscribe on the date you would like to be billed on. If you cancel before your current billing cycle ends, the cancellation won't take effect until the cycle is over. You won't be able to resubscribe until the cycle ends either.

If there is an issue with your monthly payment, you will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. If you would like to continue being a subscriber, you can resubscribe through your Account settings or the Premium Shop.
